I had a great experience in a premium king room with a mountain view, where the attentive and welcoming staff really made me feel at home. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making me feel at home.

I loved this secluded hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. I stayed in an incredible room, which had a view of mountain. The location was marvellous, adjacent to the restaurants and Portsmouth. I randomly popped in Millbay Cafe serving some pastries, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue, it was nice. The food was local, had a great selection of options. Came here for shopping, recommendable.

the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, and the complex itself was remarkable. We enjoyed the luxuriant pool and breathtaking views. the staff went above and beyond for us, especially Estan who made sure we arrived on time for our flight. the breakfast was sumptuous, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. we were impressed by the facilities and service provided.

We experienced some poor restaurant service that went beyond what we expected in a 5-star hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIP guests. the luxurious amenities that this hotel offers were beyond our expectations. We especially loved the Spa & wellness centre, with its sauna, steam room and massage services. the indoor swimming pool was also a great addition, perfect for a relaxing swim in the evening. Another highlight was the scrumptious dinner we had at the hotel restaurant, with an extensive menu and excellent service.

the private facilities in our room were not functioning properly, but the staff promptly resolved the problem.

The service in the restaurant could be improved. We had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our food and the staff seemed disorganized.

The views from the hotel were amazing and the pool was great to relax in. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

The hotel had terrible service. Housekeeping did not bring us towels for days and we had to repeatedly request them.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities and exceptional service we received. the room had an elegant design, adorned with high, quality materials and modern furnishings. Private facilities, including a pool and spa, were immaculate and added to the exclusive feel of the hotel.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Wi, Fi connection, which was spotty at times. this was not a significant concern for us as we valued the opportunity to disconnect and immerse ourselves in the tranquil surroundings.

My recent stay at Cabrits Resort And Spa Kempinski was exceptional. The attention to detail in the rooms and around the complex was impressive. The staff went above and beyond for us, ensuring we had a smooth check-out experience despite a taxi oversight. I particularly want to mention the night security, receptionist Jordan, and the driver Estan, who made sure we got to the airport on time. The swim-up pool rooms were beautiful, and the hotel itself was physically stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.
